Revive Your Business. Restore Your Soul

A Soulful Photography Workshop for Women

The whole experience was phenomenal...not just the photography aspects (which were the obvious highlight) but the accommodations, the food, the warm welcome, the company. I’d go back every weekend if I could

September 21-23rd, 2018

Our desire is to see you thriving in your life and work, and finding a way to infuse your business with the beauty of your soul. We (Erin and Abby) met fives years ago to photograph each other and became instant friends (we would both say that Soul-sister is a better word). We have similar hearts to see others thriving and flourishing. We want to invite you into an intentional time of restoration + revitalization for your business + soul. Erin and Abby are both photographers, and Abby will be leading morning yoga sessions for those who'd like to join!

In Abby's words; "Erin is an incredible photographer who gives 150% to everyone she works with. She's full of life, energy, and love, and has an incredible way of capturing the light and beauty of every family she photographs. She's down-to-earth, inviting to all, and naturally inspires people with her creativity and passion. I can't wait to see how everyone leaves inspired by Erin just as I continually am!"

In Erin's words; "I am in constant awe of Abby's soul and her calm demeanor that flows freely into others through her restorative yoga and as a photographer.  Watching Abby's innate ability to draw emotion out of the couple's she documents is awe-worthy, it's as if she reaches into their hearts with her own, giving a warm welcome and invitation for them to just be who they are. Oh I am SO excited for you to catch her vibe."

We can't wait to meet you.

Your Teachers

Erin Witkowski I wish I could tell you my whole story right here, about why I became a photographer, what inspires me and what almost broke me. It is a fine line between creating art and running a business, both must be tended to separately and with great care in order for them to ever coincide within your life peacefully.   I am a mother to 4 wild babes and I am most definitely not a home-maker (I lean more towards the mess-maker), I love Jesus which breaks down into just loving people, I believe in the art of rest (no, not napping... although I do take a mean nap now and again) I love nature and draw from all it's wonder to keep me afloat amidst the chaos (because 4 kids), I chase the light and shadows even without my camera and I care recklessly about my clients and I will never apologize for that. I have been a photographer for 9 years now and while I don't claim to know it all, what I do know is how to own the moment, value my time (for the sake of my family) and how get to know a person well. I hope to share that and so much more with you. You can see my work and learn more about me at www.erinwitkowski.com

Abby Mortenson I believe that there is beauty everywhere. I believe in deep connection and authentic imagery. I believe that even in darkness and struggle, there is beauty to be found and that everyone has a light within. My heart is most alive when I’m able to connect and witness the authentic beauty and truth inside another person. This is where both photography and yoga come in for me. As a photographer, I love giving my clients an experience - a sacred space to connect and reveal the sweet moments between two people in love. I have a style that combines authenticity and whimsy, and I can't wait to share some of the ways I evoke authentic expression during my sessions. I'm also passionate about teaching yoga - creating a safe space for people to connect body + soul. My sessions are gentle, yet playful, and I encourage people to enter into a deeper wholeness with God and themselves. I recently moved from Colorado with my husband, Dan, to the Hudson Valley area of New York, and we've been foster parents to four little boys over the last year.    You can see my photography website here and my yoga website Flourish Body + Soul, here.

Unified by a love for photography and people, we are honored to guide you in a restorative and reviving time for your life + business.

Honestly, I am going to take away so many things that it wouldn’t be possible to just pick one. I have learned how to have more of an emotional connection with my subjects and also how to create ready connection between my subjects as well, and how to incorporate more movement into my sessions. I’ve learned the importance of self-care, not just in respect to my personal health, but also the health of my business. I’ve learned that I love yoga. It helps me connect with myself in a deep way, when so often I’m so busy in life that I rush through everything without taking the time to know ME. I’ve learned the importance of creating an excellent client experience and ways in which I can begin to improve that aspect of my business. In short, what I’m taking away from this experience is a complete rejuvenation of my body, soul, art and business.
